Every project ultimately results in a completed Quality Assurance (QA) survey by our Project Manager (PM). Once the installation is complete, our PM will perform a QA check via a detailed BICSI standards-based checklist. We will identify any items that may need final adjustments, as well as discuss the finished project with you. Our account team works with you to make certain that the end results meet or exceed your expectations. Upon completion of the punch-list and acceptance of the QA survey, we will have you verify the installation is complete to your standards.
